Our shop is built around heavy rolling, forming, cutting, and machining work — backed by more than 35 years of experience and the ability to hold tolerances most shops won’t attempt.
Plate & Bar Rolling
- Plate rolling up to 1/2″ thick × 8′ long
- Bar rolling up to 6″ × 1″ thick, held to very close tolerances
Forming & Press Brake
- Press brake capacity of 3/8″ × 10′
- Transitions and reducer cones formed in-house
- Bolt-together cones up to 120″ major diameter
Shearing
- Shear cutting up to 3/8″ thick × 10′ long
CNC Plasma Cutting
- CNC shape cutting — we have cut through 6″ plate
- Closer tolerances than typical plasma work
- Beveled plate cutting
Manual Machining & Lathe Work
- Manual lathes swinging up to 24″ over the carriage and 36″ over the ways
- Double-chuck lathe with a live chuck in the tailstock, swinging 24″ over the carriage — ideal for pipe work and shaft work
